Tickets are on sale now for December’s showing of Footloose the Musical at the Terrace Theater/Long Beach Performing Arts Center on Sunday, Dec. 2 for its two performances at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Footloose the Musical is based on the 1984 film starring Kevin Bacon that took the world by storm with its youthful spirit, dazzling dance moves and electrifying music.
Footloose tells the story of Chicago-raised teenager Ren McCormick, who has moved to a small rural town where dancing and rock music are banned. McCormick teams with his classmates to break loose of this law and soon has the whole town on its feet.
This performance is a special presentation by the Long Beach Renaissance High School for the Arts that features a cast of young student actors.
