Sheriffs say missing teen may have been heading to Long Beach

Tessa Linh Mam was last seen on March 1 in Cerritos

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing teen from Cerritos who was possibly heading to Long Beach at the time of her disappearance. 

Tessa Linh Mam is a 16-year-old Asian girl with long black hair, brown eyes and braces. She is 5 feet and 7 inches tall. 

Mam was last seen wearing a white bodysuit, blue jeans, white Versace slippers, two necklaces and earrings. 

Her last known location was the 11100 block of Artesia Blvd. in Cerritos, at 8 a.m. on March 1.

The Signal Tribune called the LA County Sheriff’s Headquarters once, and the Cerritos Sheriff’s Station twice and left a message asking for more information with Detective Ryan Clinkingbeard, who is in charge of Mam’s case, on Wednesday, March 20 and has not heard back as of March 30.

Anyone who may have information about Mam’s whereabouts are urged to call the LA County Sheriff’s Department’s station in Cerritos at (562) 860-0044.
