Signal Hill residents can share their thoughts on the City’s news communication methods  through a new online survey.

The Communications Survey consists of seven multiple choice questions and two open-ended questions, asking residents how they receive information and how they would like to be updated on important community news going forward.

Questions include:

  • How satisfied are you with the City’s efforts to share important news, resources, events, and updates?
  • How do you usually receive information from the City?
  • Are you subscribed to the City’s monthly newsletter?
  • Do you read the City Views magazine?
  • If you use social media, what platforms do you use?
  • What types of updates would you like to receive more often?
  • What do you think the City is doing well when it comes to communication?
  • In your opinion, how can the City improve communication with the community?

Residents can access the online survey here. There is currently no end date for the survey.
