For those who have some extra funds to share this holiday season, these six toy drives are asking for donations of toys to help make the season memorable for local children in need.
Spark Of Love

When: Until Friday, Dec. 8

More Info: Donations of new, unwrapped toys for teens and children ages 18 and below are needed.
Live Music Toy Drive
Who: Civil Circus and Pike Bar
When: Saturday, Dec 9 at 8:30 p.m.
Where: Pike Bar (1836 E 4th St.)
More Info: Those 21 and over are invited to listen to local band Civil Circus. There’s no admission cost, but attendees are asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate.
Mercifuls Toy Drive Car Show
Who: Mercifuls Car Club
When: Sunday, Dec. 10 from 9 a.m. to noon.
Where: Long Beach POA Park (7390 Carson Blvd.)
More Info: This charity car show asks attendees to bring a new, unwrapped toy that costs $20, which will be donated to local children. Numerous classic cars will be on display. Pancakes will be available for purchase.

More Info: New, unwrapped toys can be dropped off at any of the above locations. Donated toys will be redistributed to local children under the age of 15 at a giveaway event. Block Party and Toy Drive
Who: Hart N Soul Vegan Cafe
When: Dec. 17 from noon to 5 p.m.
Where: 3418 Long Beach Blvd.
More Info: Residents can enjoy a business black party with live music, a bounce house, a mechanical bull and raffles when they bring a new, unwrapped toy for children at the Miller’s Children’s and Women’s Hospital. Toys can also be purchased on the Amazon wishlist and sent directly to the hospital.
Spark Of Love

More Info: New unwrapped toys, school supplies and sports equipment can be dropped off in boxes outside the fire station. Store gift cards and monetary donations are strongly encouraged. Checks for monetary donations can be made out to Friends of Long Beach Firefighters, Spark of Love at 3205, Lakewood Blvd., Long Beach, CA 90808.
Cambodian Business Holiday Toy Drive
