Alford’s English Gardens is helping residents to be green by promoting Rain Bird irrigation heads, an environmentally friendly product made by Walla Walla that uses 40 percent less water and still keeps the gardens in tact. The instillation is affordable with a $4-per-head rebate from the Long Beach Water Department and, with a star-patterned spray, nice to look at as well.
