B&B Hardware in Cal Heights is modifying its name a bit to reflect the changes the store is undergoing. The Wardlow Street business will now be called B&B Hardware, Door and Window and is offering Jeldwen International Doors and Simpson Doors. For the historical homes in the hardware store’s neighborhood that must maintain wood windows, B&B has a full array of window companies to choose from: Kolbe, Paramount, Superior and Jeldwen. “We have salespeople and showrooms at both locations,” said Tom Barnes, B&B owner, noting that his store also has a screen shop for re-screening or making new frames. Taking their customer service a step further, B&B offers more than just the wide selection. “We’re doing the installation of doors and windows,” said Barnes, who is also a licensed contractor.
