There is a new list of support groups available at Community Hospital of Long Beach, located at 1720 Termino Avenue. The groups are A.W.A.K.E. (Alert, Well and Keeping Energized), a group for those diagnosed with sleep disorders, a diabetes support group and Men Caregivers of Alzheimer’s patients.
