The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network is beginning a three-part business-plan writing workshop Tuesday, Feb. 19 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The first workshop will be an introduction on how to state the purpose of your business, how to analyze your market and competitors, and how to set your overall startegy. The cost is $30. SBDC is located at 3477 Atlantic Avenue in Long Beach.
