Dear Community Members,
The Development Team for Bixby Point would like to thank you for taking the time and making an effort in responding to the survey, which we conducted through the Signal Tribune.
Over 500 people responded to the survey. (The results are included printed in the table at right.) We would also like to thank those individuals who took the extra time to send personalized e-mails to us with their ideas. Although a few of the ideas were not feasible, many were quite constructive and will help us in our effort to build the best project possible.
In reviewing the results, please be aware Edible Arrangements is no longer an option because the company is opening a presence in the immediate area. Corner Bakery has also been eliminated since the available spaces in the project are too small to meet its needs.
Over the next few months, we will make every effort to show the top retailers on this list that Bixby Knolls is a fantastic community where their businesses can thrive.
Along the way, we will again be asking for your help.
Most of the survey forms that were filled out and sent to us had your e-mail addresses on them. From those surveys, we have compiled over 400 e-mail addresses. At the appropriate time, we will ask for your help in sending e-mails out to tenants that need an extra push from the community.

Lastly I would like to congratulate the three winners of the survey (who each won a gift certificate to La Vineria Italiana). Bob Gill won first place ($250), R.A. Mayo got second place ($150) and Sandra Gibson was the third place winner ($100).
