The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing teen from Los Angeles who may be in the Long Beach area.
Da’kera Jones is 16 years old and was last seen at her family home on April 1.
Jones is described as a Black girl with brown eyes and black hair. She is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds.
According to a public statement by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, Jones is believed to be either in the Long Beach area or out of state.
Anyone who may have information about Jones’ whereabouts are urged to call the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at 1-800-THE-LOST (1-800-843-5678) or the Los Angeles Police Department (California) at 1-877-275-5273.
