The Long Beach City College Faculty Association has formally endorsed Long Beach Community College District Board Members Sunny Zia (Area 3) and Dr. Virginia Baxter (Area 5) for re-election in April. The group has also endorsed administrator/professor Uduak-Joe Ntuk for College District Board, Area 1.

The Long Beach Firefighters Association has also endorsed Ntuk for the LBCCD Board of Trustees, according to an emailed announcement from the candidate.

The Long Beach Area Chamber of Commerce PAC has endorsed Suzie Price for re-election to the 3rd District Long Beach Council seat and Stacy Mungo for re-election to the 5th District seat.
