An unseasonably warm week is ahead of us, and thankfully there are plenty of outdoor events for Long Beach and Signal Hill residents to enjoy.

Gather the family for community-led Easter celebrations on Friday and Saturday, complete with Easter bunnies, egg hunts and treats for children. Children can also take part in a gardening and science adventure Saturday morning at Adventures to Dream Enrichment or a football training camp led by the Long Beach Patriots Family.

Residents can taste homegrown food at the Marina Farmers Market Sunday morning  or support local business Long Beach Clothing Co. Friday night. For a more artful week, MOLAA will host a panel to accompany their exhibit about Cambodian Border Camps Friday night, the Long Beach City College Art Gallery will showcase work from local middle schoolers Saturday afternoon and children can explore their artistic skills at the Michelle Obama Neighborhood Library Thursday afternoon.
