The Signal Hill Community Foundation still has vendor spaces available for its annual Ellen Ward Community Yard Sale, which is organized in honor of the late councilmember.
Vendors must pre-register at the Community Services Department by first calling (562) 989-7330. Cost is $45 per space for resident vendors and $65 for non-residents.
The event will be Saturday, May 5 from 8am to noon on Jessie Nelson Circle at Signal Hill Park, 2175 Cherry Ave.
Admission to the event is free.
