Norfside Long Beach Outreach is asking the community for donations and volunteers for their upcoming food and supply distribution to benefit unhoused people on Sunday, Feb. 27.

According to Norfside LB Outreach, desired items for donation include blankets, beanies, gloves, hats, jeans, shoes, socks, tarps and jackets sizes large to extra large.

Those who wish to donate items for the distribution can message Norfside LB Outreach on Instagram @norfsidelb_outreach to arrange a time to drop off their donation or have it picked up.

Monetary donations are being accepted as well and can be made through Venmo @NLBDONATIONS. All monetary donations will be used to buy supplies and meals for unhoused people.

Norfside Long Beach Outreach is also selling stickers for $5 to help raise funds for the upcoming distribution.
