Soroptimist International of Long Beach is seeking nominations from local community leaders for the 14th Annual Women Who Make A Difference Award.
This program honors women who use their influence to improve the lives of other women. Nominations are sought in the following categories: Women Making a Difference for Women, Women of Distinction, and Business or Organizations Advancing the Status of Women. The winners will be honored at a luncheon on Saturday, April 4, 2009.
Nomination forms and criteria are available at www.SI-Long Beach.org. Completed nominations must be returned by November 14 to Diane de Walsche, 350 Mira Mar Avenue, Long Beach, CA 90814.
