Miller Children’s Hospital in Long Beach received a $2,400 gift last Friday from Parkers’ Lighthouse general manager Michael Cole, who hosted a fundraiser during the holidays. The restaurant located in Rainbow Harbor has supported the hospital with the Breakfast with Santa event for many years, spreading holiday cheer to the community and giving back to the kids too sick to leave the hospital.
The proceeds from the breakfast will benefit Miller Children’s Hospital’s $189-million expansion project.
