The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing teen from Yucca Valley who was believed to have been heading to Long Beach at the time of his disappearance.
Gabriel Buerkens is a 15-year-old Asian boy with dark brown hair and brown eyes.
He is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds.
According to a public statement by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, Buerkens hasn’t been seen or heard from in over two weeks.
His last known location was his home in Yucca Valley, where he was last seen on March 16.
Anyone who may have information about Buerkens’ whereabouts are urged to call the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at 1-800-THE-LOST (1-800-843-5678) or the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department at 1-909-387-8313.
